i use paint and photodraw

paint isnt much of a editing utensil though

i also use parcasa witch is a oler program

its a ton of money, but i have a computer that has it already.

i do that for all my clubpenguin edits, it is easy, but it all depends on what ur doing to the picture

It's a good program though, no doubt.
I use it for almost everything.
